OK now this being my last interview i decided to interview Someone with a child that have experienced the troubles of adolescence. Someone who felt grief and wish is could be differently possibly. So I chose my very own grandmother. I have prepared a couple of questions pertaining not only to adolescence but also to some of are troubles and concerns that i went through and felt she went through during our rough times.
"Now obviously I'm not going to ask you have you ever experienced adolescence because i have."
1) So let me ask have you ever experienced this with any other girls you have raised?
answer: Yes all except one daughter was semi diffrent.
2) Why was she diffrent?
answer: I felt she listened more and respected me more.
3) why do you feel that we went through some of the problems we went through?
answer: All of yours asses get the mental thought that your grown when you turn 16 and that you can do what you want. you all become disrespectful.
4)why is it that only the girls go through this? why doesn't that rule exist fo your boys?
answer: I don't know i guess my boys just had more since.
5) Well do you think maybe that were treated differently than the boys?
answer: Not much. though boys don't have to worry about getting pregnant. I don't try to have favoritism.
6) You know me and you were very close. I was what some people might call a golden child to you. So why all of a sudden this change? Is it because i engaged in a relationship? You use to trust me?
answer: you became disrespectful i don't know why you all change at this age. And yes you engaging in a relationship my trust haves to change. Boys come in and change your whole line of thinks and females so easily let them.
7) You keep saying we all change? Don't you think that if all your girls went through this maybe you change at this point? and maybe you changing your ways for the future is better?
answer: Not at all you all just need to listen im just looking out for your best interest.
8) So if you can change anything we went through to make it a better outcome would you?
answer: I would love to but i cant. You just needed to listen and have more respect for me.

Throughout my research I have been able to find valuable information on(How to build a record label from the ground up?). The most important equipment needed to record a music cd are microphones, headphones, multitrack monitors and amplifiers, which if a studio is supplied with all of these different tools starting a new cd will be successfull. Next during my web search I had financial questions for example how much money do I need to budget to become official? The answer I recieved according to musicbizacademy.com was an average of five thousand dollars due to license, publishing and equipmnet fees. Another question that I had to know was why couldn't just start selling my music out the back of my trunk? Well the answer to this one is every business has to have a publishing license wich cost a small fee no more than one hundred dollars. Researching the music business has gave me more knowledge on my ultimate goal wich is to become my own business. I realized that my goal is not impossible just a little determonation and hard work will help me succeed.

2nd interview..no children but soon wishes to have one
The next person i decided to interview was my drill adviser and a printing teacher here at this school named miss Shedrick. The reason why she was my next choice was because i wanted some who have not yet had a child so i can see there intentions they had in the future of raising them. so to begin i first asked explained to her my reason for this interview is so i can see how a different variety of people see adolescence and how we can avoid the negative side of it. since she seemed to have different answers and views on it i had to question her in a diffrent way then my last interview Michael Coe.
"now i began the questioning"
1)Do you feel you ever experienced adolescence?
answer: No! wait well everyone experiences adolescence don't they?
2)Well if you feel everyone experiences adolescence how can you say no? how are you different?
answer: Because i was a good kid my dad had me on lock!
3) So if you say he had you on "lock" how could you not have felt adolescence wasn't there times where you wanted to do something that your farther didn't approve of?
answer: Of course.. But he didnt know. (ha ha)
4) So you were sneaky?
answer: in a way. He knew nothing.
5) I'm confused if you say you felt you didn't experince adolesence why did you feel you had to sneak?
answer: Nothing big just something like a party. I never gave my dad a reason not to trust me. I was good i was the kind of girl who didn't have a boyfriend. the girl who was into church that read her bible all the time (laughs, laughs). You know things actually didnt change until my 20's when he didn't have a hold on me. when he felt some one was taking his little girl from him.
6) how do you expect to raise your child without these issues that others experinces?
answer: I seen my friend and students go through it. Now alot of my dad influences will be instilled in me . Though some things will be diffrent my dad was very Strict so it wont be the same. "every child is diffrent".

Coming to the end of my research I have basically answered my essential question and also learned the basics. I also have examined what top notch ceo's call the ends and outs of the music business. The first real important thing in business owning is being legal with your project because the laws inforce that all businesses have licenses for any product making profit off of the public. The topo business owners are the most profitable who wich makes their project top of the line merchandise. I have learned that the business that I would like to start is an partnership wich allows me to work with a co owner wich ultimately would be a very close friend that I feel I can trust with maintaining a music empire. To start I am going to record a cd and also be the producer on the album.

aj harmons 3rd post
After Researching different topics on business owning and record label in and outs I have revealed some interesting facts about the hard work on owning my own company. The first topic I researched was Budget reality. According to musicbizacademy.com. My first question was what are the most important pieces of equipment you need to successfully record a project? The type of equipment I needed was not a big issue the issue is if I am working with a budget what are the most important pieces that will help me get the job done professionally.According to musicians friends.com Headphones, Microphones,Signal processing equipment for example equalizers and compressors.Although all of those pieces provides impact to the record the most important equipment came to be multi track recorders that allow music to be recorded consecutively without recording on different cd's.

Well I was browsing the net looking for an answer to my essential question which is how to build a record label from scratch, and I came acrosss plentyu of suggestions on how to start. My first step is name my label according to musicbizacademy.com the name should be uncommon and it should establish a idenity or a brand name to my business. As I proceeded on with my research I found out some things I didnt no I needed to recieve. Getting a business license is one of the most important steps, this type of liscense can be pushased at a city or county business office there is a small fee to obtain your own. along with the business licence all sales businesses must receive a retail license wich is also a small fee and can be purchased at the state Department of Revenue. I learned that this type of license is obtain if thier is any intent to sell records to the public.

lets get to interviews
Now after getting some info from the internet. I decided to go another route for now discovering my research. Then maybe returning to the web in the future, for future research. Now im sitting here wondering how to go about solving my issue efficently. i want to completely understand and have my readers completely understand my views, opionions, and knowledge on adolesence. Then how to go about fixing this issue.
So knowing that my the usual age range for adolesence begins possibly at the age of 10 to early teens i decided to interview one of my classmates on how they felt about the topic, and if they feel they engaged in what we know as "adolesence" throught there teen years. I will be going over a couple questions pertaining to there life and adolesence and some of which i would hope to seek on it being able to be diffrent or advoided.
The person who i have chosen is "Michael Coe" he is a senior at mckinley highschool with me. he haves no problem wth this interview what so ever and is allowing it to be one of my post. After exactly what adolesence is and what im doing. He was very attentive and open. so after i asked a couple basic questions such as:
1) Did you ever experince adolsence?
ANS: yes
2) about what age ang grade do you feel this began in your life?
ANS: 15 freshman in highschool
3)What are some of the things you feel changed you when you became this age? how did this affect you?
ANS: Everything trust....ANS: It made me feel un-respected, more distant from my parents. we wernt close anymore i found myself disliking them.
4)What were exactly some of the things that changed that made you feel this way? can i have a example?
Ans: They began giving me curfews that were completely unfair. they acted as if i changed and begin not trusting me. We argued alot more.
5) If this situation could be resloved what are some of the ways you would? What do you need from your parents to help you?
ANS: I could use more respect, do what they want at a reasonable standard, and stop the arguing.

While my interest in the business field is at its highest point i have chosen to resaearch the proclaimed most tricky industry music.while researching this field I have become intersted in owning my own label.I guess do to the fact that I watch so much television music comes natural to my ears wich i found out that it is a quality that a ceo needs to produce quality music. To tell the truth my interest in music became strong when I went to my first concert when dmx performed at the HSBC arena downtown about six years ago.Throughout my research I have found out hard facts on (how to build a record label from the ground up)to the top of the charts. Choosing a name was one of the first things that came up on my research. Looking at tips from existing business mogul in the game choosing a name has to be unique and one of a kind not similar to any in the same line of business.

Beggining my research!!!1stb
while beginning my research which was obviously hard for me since I'm two weeks behind. I decided to start off with the basics. Which being answering what exactly is adolescence? Sure i have my own idea of it!!! The age your parents start picking on you! then i thought to myself lets be more serious and get the more efficient definition. So turned on my computer then began clicking on FireFox anticipated the window opening then began typing in Google.
After the Google website appeared i typed in "what is adolescence?" Then clicked on the link whttp://enwikipedia.org which gave a pretty accurate definition of adolescence. "IT is a traditional stage of physical and mental human development that occurs between childhood and adulthood... This transition involves biological pubertal, social and physchological changes.
After finding the definition i decided to seek out more websites based on opinions and research from others. knowing the defitnition is help but is not nearly enogh to help resolve these issues during this point in a childs or teenagers life.
I then once again typed in Google then typed in "Children during adolescence" the clicked on the second title from the top called "DYNAMIC CHANGES OF SERUM LIPOPROTEINS IN CHILDREN DURING ADOLESCENCE AND SEXUAL MUTATION" This website was very useful it helped me understand adolescence in a different way. From the adults point of view. We during this time think we know everything and think they have no clue of wht were going through. We do not let them in. we actually push them away. This website explains puberty, physchological problems, emotional, and etc... I would reccomend other children and adults to visit this website that are experincing these issues. It gives you insight.

introduction.... ladazia
It was at the age of 16 when me and my grandmothers relationship began to crumble. It was completely shocking! We were so close to one another, yet at this point of time we began miss understanding each other. This happened to my aunts her daughters and my mother. Just never thought this could happen to me. She lost trust, i felt smothered, and jealous. she treated the boys so much better. we began arguing constantly and strong anger and disgust against each other.
Though i felt as if no one ever went through my problems and feelings before i disgussing my issuses with some of my friends and peers and realized i was not alone. there were others who felt my pain. some had similars issues and some with other problems all had siliar time ranges. I call it the turning point!
So what im asking is how can we help adolesents and there parents understand each other during this time range and struggling times. For both parents and children?

AJ - 5/5 Responses
Decent job on the responses. I think Boyz is a great comparison to Outsiders. Similar themes, situations. Make sure you fully answer the question in your responses. I still don't see you identify a theme in your theme response.
Stephanie 1.3 (one in draft state)/5 Responses
Stephanie, interesting first response, but try to answer one of the questions off of the sheet to avoid plot summary.
Reese - 5/5 Responses
Very well developed responses. I'm impressed with your attention to detail. Nice ethic. Hope you enjoyed this Holocaust story. Have you ever read Night by Elie Wiesel? It's a goody.
Ladazia - 4/5 Responses
Good focus on the questions, although I think they beg a bit more development.
